NEW MONTH MESSAGE: LBW HAILS PRESIDENT TINUBU'S RENEWED HOPE REFORMS, LAUDS BTO, WIKE AND OTHER PERFORMING MINISTERS
The Lion of Bourdilon Waves (LBW), a progressive sociopolitical support group for the All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended its heartfelt Happy New Month greetings to Nigerians while commending the APC led Federal Government under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for its bold and transformative leadership.
In a New Month statement jointly signed by its National Convener and Secretary, LBW described President Tinubu's administration as focused, courageous and result driven, noting that the Renewed Hope Agenda is yielding visible results across critical sectors of the economy despite global challenges.
The group particularly singled out some bright, performing and innovative ministers whose track records have continued to give Nigerians hope.
LBW lauded Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo (BTO), Minister of Interior, for his revolutionary reforms in passport processing, immigration management and correctional service transformation, describing him as a shining ambassador of Ondo State and a pride of the youth constituency.
The group also commended His Excellency, Barr. Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), for his unprecedented infrastructural transformation of Abuja, restoring the capital city to its master plan glory with visible, people centered projects.
Furthermore, LBW celebrated the two other illustrious sons of Ondo State in the Federal Executive Council, Hon. Ayodele Olawande, Minister of Youth Development and Prof. Taiwo Oyedele, Minister of Finance and the coordinating minister of the economy, for their competence, dedication and loyalty to the Renewed Hope Agenda.
"From Ondo State to the FCT, Nigerians are seeing performance, not propaganda. This is what progressive governance looks like. President Tinubu has assembled a team of doers, and LBW is proud to identify with this government," the statement reads.
LBW, which has consistently mobilized support for the APC and President Tinubu since inception, reaffirmed its total commitment to the continuity and consolidation of the Renewed Hope Agenda beyond 2027.
The group charged Nigerians, especially youths and first time voters, to translate their support into electoral power by participating actively in the democratic process.
LBW therefore calls on all eligible citizens who are yet to collect their Permanent Voter's Cards (PVCs) to go to their respective INEC offices and collect their PVCs, stating that “your PVC is your power to sustain good governance”.
