From Food Relief to Water Supply: Tomisin Edu Applauds Oluremi Tinubu, Aiyedatiwa for Putting Ondo People First

The All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly candidate in Akure North Constituency, Hon. Tomisin Edu Falade, has commended the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for her intervention to support vulnerable residents of Ondo State through the Renewed Hope Initiative.

Tomisin, while speaking on the food distribution programme held at the International Culture and Events Centre, popularly known as The Dome, Akure, described the initiative as a thoughtful intervention capable of bringing relief to families and individuals currently facing economic challenges.

She said the programme, which is aimed at complementing the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, demonstrates the commitment of the Renewed Hope Initiative to reaching vulnerable Nigerians and providing practical support where it is most needed.

The Akure North APC candidate praised Senator Oluremi Tinubu for her compassion and dedication to improving the welfare of Nigerians, noting that the food distribution was more than just an intervention but a message of hope to vulnerable members of society.

According to Tomisin, the initiative reinforces the belief that government must remain connected to the people, particularly those who need assistance the most.

She also applauded Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his renewed commitment to addressing the water needs of Ondo State, particularly through the ongoing water projects embarked upon by his administration.

Tomisin described the Governor’s water initiative as a bold and people-oriented intervention, stressing that access to clean and potable water is fundamental to healthy living and sustainable development.

She said the revitalisation of water infrastructure would have a far-reaching impact on households, communities, schools, hospitals and businesses across the state.

The APC candidate noted that the combination of the Federal Government’s social intervention programmes and the Aiyedatiwa administration’s developmental projects was a positive indication that the welfare and well-being of the people remained a priority.

Tomisin called for continued support for initiatives that directly improve the lives of ordinary citizens, expressing optimism that the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the developmental vision of Governor Aiyedatiwa would continue to deliver meaningful dividends to the people of Ondo State.

She urged residents, particularly the people of Akure North, to remain optimistic and supportive of government programmes designed to bring sustainable development and improve their standard of living.
