An aide to the Ondo State Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Apostle Temitope Olowofoyekun Dadeowo, popularly known as Tope Liberty, has commended the governor’s administration for what he described as remarkable achievements recorded in less than two years in office.

Dadeowo, who is the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Special Interest and Public Engagement, stated this during a live radio programme monitored by PalacePulse News in Akure on Wednesday.
He highlighted the recent bursary disbursement to thousands of Ondo State students, the administration’s 203-ward agricultural programme, the procurement of an MRI machine for the hospital in Ondo town and the ongoing construction and rehabilitation of roads across the state as evidence of the administration’s development efforts.
According to him, the initiatives demonstrate an administration focused on addressing issues that directly affect the people.
“When you look at what Governor Aiyedatiwa has been able to achieve in less than two years, you will see clear evidence of a government that is working. From supporting our students through bursary payments, to taking agriculture to all 203 wards, procuring an MRI machine for Ondo town and embarking on massive road construction across the state, these are not mere promises; they are programmes with direct impact on our people,” he said.
Tope Liberty noted that the 203-ward agricultural initiative is particularly significant because it is designed to take agricultural interventions closer to communities and farmers. The state government has described the programme as a ward-based approach tailored to the agricultural strengths and needs of each community.
He therefore urged residents, students, farmers, youths and other stakeholders to take advantage of the various programmes and opportunities being introduced by the administration.
“My appeal to our people is simple: let us key into these programmes. Government cannot do everything alone. There are opportunities being created in agriculture, education, infrastructure and other sectors, and our people should position themselves to benefit from them,” he added.
Dadeowo further called for constructive engagement with the government, stressing that citizens should pay attention to programmes capable of improving their livelihoods and contributing to the overall development of Ondo State.
The governor’s aide maintained that the administration is focused on delivering programmes and projects that will produce tangible benefits for the people.
