……Says Assembly Victory is Key to Sustaining Renewed Hope in Ondo
The Lion of Bourdillon Waves, LBW, has called on all citizens, residents, and eligible voters in Ondo State to turn out massively and vote for All Progressives Congress, APC candidates in the upcoming off-cycle election for the Ondo State House of Assembly.
In a statement signed by its Convener, Engr. Daniel Oke, LBW noted that while governorship campaigns have commence nationwide in line with INEC’s timetable, Ondo State will be conducting only State House of Assembly elections in this off-cycle poll.
LBW described the State Assembly election as critical to sustaining the developmental agenda of the Renewed Hope Administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and to ensuring that Ondo State has a legislature that works in harmony with the executive for the good of the people.
“This is not just another election. It is about who will make laws, approve budgets, and provide oversight to deliver dividends of democracy to our communities. We must not sit on the fence,” LBW stated.
The group emphasized that the APC has presented credible, grassroots oriented candidates across all constituencies in Ondo State who are committed to youth empowerment, infrastructure, security, and constituency development.
LBW therefore charged all APC faithful, market women, youth groups, artisans, professionals, and first time voters in Ondo State to:
- Collect their PVCs and ensure they are ready to vote
- Mobilize their wards and units for massive turnout on election day
- Vote APC across board in their respective constituencies to guarantee a unified government
“With other parties still battling internal crisis and delay in inaugurating campaign structures, the APC is focused and ready. An APC-majority House of Assembly will fast-track the implementation of Renewed Hope policies in Ondo State,” the statement added.
LBW further directed its coordinators across the 18 LGAs to intensify door-to-door sensitization, voter education, and peaceful mobilization ahead of the polls.
“The charge is clear: Ondo State, let us Deliver APC to the State House of Assembly and Let us Deliver Renewed Hope” the LBW National Convener said.
