The First Lady of Ondo State and State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), Her Excellency, Mrs. Oluwaseun Aiyedatiwa, on Monday, November 24, 2025, led the National Launch of the “Flow With Confidence” programme in Akure.
The impactful event, held at the International Events Center, The Dome, Alagbaka, is part of a national project initiated by Nigeria’s First Lady, Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, under the Renewed Hope Initiative.
The programme is aimed at distributing 370,000 sanitary pads to schoolgirls across the 36 states and the FCT, with a mission to promote menstrual hygiene, reduce period poverty, and empower adolescent girls to pursue education with dignity and confidence.
The Ondo State launch witnessed the presence of students, teachers, health experts, and stakeholders in the education and health sectors, reaffirming the state’s commitment to the wellbeing of its girl child population.
