The Senate Leader, Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, has described the Governor of Ekiti State, Abiodun Oyebanji, as an epitome of greatness and purposeful leadership whose style of governance continues to attract commendation from stakeholders across the state.
Bamidele made the remark in a statement by one of his aides, Mr. Segun Ajibola while reflecting on the governor’s leadership strides and commitment to the development of Ekiti State.
According to the Senate Leader, Governor Oyebanji has demonstrated exceptional capacity in governance through policies and programmes aimed at improving the welfare of the people and strengthening institutions of government.
He noted that the governor’s humility, inclusiveness and strategic approach to leadership have fostered unity among political actors and enhanced cooperation among stakeholders in the state.
Bamidele, who represents Ekiti Central Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate, said the administration of Governor Oyebanji has continued to prioritize people oriented and centered development, infrastructural growth and economic opportunities for residents.
He added that the governor’s leadership qualities have not only strengthened public confidence in governance, but have also positioned Ekiti State as a model of stability and progressive administration.
The Senate Leader therefore urged the people of Ekiti State to continue supporting Governor Oyebanji’s administration as it works towards consolidating development and delivering more dividends of democracy to the citizens.
