Ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election in Ondo State, House of Assembly aspirant in Akure South Constituency 2, Hon. Lade Fasua, has called on leaders to uphold competence and loyalty as key criteria in choosing the party’s flagbearer.

Addressing party faithful in Akure, Lade Fasua stressed that the credibility of candidates produced at the primaries would determine the party’s success in the general elections.
He urged stakeholders to remain committed to fairness and transparency throughout the process.
Lade Fasua also praised the state APC chairman, describing him as a noble and exemplary leader whose dedication to party cohesion has continued to inspire members across the state.
According to him, such leadership should serve as a guiding standard for all party faithful.
Reiterating his vision for Akure South Constituency 2, Lade Fasua affirmed his readiness to champion people-oriented legislation aimed at improving living standards.
He noted that his manifesto focuses on sustainable development, youth engagement, and policies that will bring tangible benefits to residents.
The aspirant further appealed for calm and unity among party members, especially after the primaries, emphasizing that collective strength would be crucial for victory at the polls.
He concluded by encouraging delegates to make informed decisions that will enhance the party’s chances and ensure effective representation for the people of Akure South.
