Aviators Circle Seeks Strategic Partnership for Aviation Industry Growth.

In a passionate call for synergy and knowledge sharing, the President of Aviators Circle, Mr. Adeola Obadofin, has urged stakeholders across the aviation sector to embrace collaboration and mentorship with young professionals for the sustained growth of the industry.

Speaking at the Annual General Meeting of the National Association of Air Traffic Engineers (NAAE), Obadofin highlighted the need for stronger ties between the emerging generation of aviation professionals and seasoned veterans.

He said the Aviators Circle is patterned after the Aviation Roundtable but is focused on active, young, and dynamic professionals driving innovation and excellence across various aviation fields.

“The Aviators Circle is the baby of the aviation industry. While the Aviation Roundtable brings together retired veterans, we are creating a platform for working class professionals who are passionate and optimistic about the future of aviation in Nigeria,” he said.

Obadofin stressed the importance of mentorship, proposing a programme where industry veterans are paired with younger professionals to bridge the gap in experience and ensure a smooth transfer of institutional knowledge.

With over 500 members, the Aviators Circle includes pilots, air traffic controllers, engineers, dispatchers, cabin crew, AVSEC, HR officers, and many more, forming a comprehensive network of aviation expertise.

He concluded by reaffirming the Circle’s commitment to building a stronger, more collaborative aviation ecosystem in Nigeria.
