A resident of Akure, Ondo State, Mr Ifedayo Famotua a.k.a Phensic, is urgently seeking financial assistance to save his life after a simple fall led to a severe tooth infection.
The incident occurred when Mr Famotua, who resides at No. 15 Yemi Ajibade Street, off Ilesha Garage Road, Akure, slipped on the floor and hit his tooth, causing it to become swollen and decayed.
According to Mr Famotua, he visited the College of Medicine in Ondo town for treatment, where doctors delivered the shocking news that his tooth now has maggots, requiring an urgent corrective surgery that will cost approximately N1 million.
Speaking to our reporter, Mr Famotua appealed to kind-hearted Nigerians to come to his aid, stating that he is struggling to raise the required funds.
“I am appealing to Nigerians to please help me. I am in a lot of pain and I need the surgery as soon as possible,” he said.
