A House of Representatives hopeful in Akure federal constituency, Hon. Tomisin Edu Falade, has continued her grassroots engagement with party stakeholders following a consultative visit to leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State.

The visit commenced at Ward 8, where party leaders and elders warmly received her and members of her team at Sunshine Hotel, Oda Town.
The delegation was hosted by prominent ward leader Hon. Tayo Abidakun, popularly known as “JAJA,” under the leadership of Hon Afolabi Akinbowale, who spoke glowingly about Tomisin’s character, leadership qualities, and longstanding commitment to party development.
The formal introduction of the aspirant was carried out by her Campaign Director-General, Hon. Banjo Adesida, who highlighted her political experience and vision.
Other notable party figures, including Hon. Afolabi Akinbowale, Hon. Lanre Ojo, and Hon. Soji Omojagbe, also addressed the gathering, lending their voices in support and commending Tomisin’s dedication to service.

Continuing her outreach, Hon.Tomisin proceeded to Ward 2 (Gbogi/Isikan 1), accompanied by her loyal team members, where she again met with party leaders and stakeholders.
Addressing the leaders, Tomisin shared her personal story, recounting her childhood struggles and determination to succeed against the odds.
She emphasized the critical role of women in shaping society, describing them as “shakers of the society for good,” and reiterated her commitment to empowerment and inclusive governance.

She further spoke about her efforts in facilitating employment opportunities for constituents, noting that she has consistently lobbied for job placements to improve livelihoods.
Among the elders present at the Ward 2 meeting were Mrs. Ogini, Hon. Adeniyi, Prince Adedeji, and other respected community leaders under the leadership of Hon. Sunday Adejuyigbe, who expressed appreciation for her visit and engagement
The consultative tour is seen as part of Hon. Falade’s broader strategy to consolidate support within the party at the grassroots level ahead of forthcoming political activities.
