A socio-political group, the Ondo Solidarity Forum, has officially endorsed the candidacy of Hon. Lade Fasua for the House of Assembly seat representing Akure South Constituency 2.

The endorsement was announced following a meeting held at the group’s office in Akure, where members unanimously agreed to support Fasua’s bid.
According to a statement released at the end of the meeting, the decision was based on his proven track record, dedication, and longstanding commitment to the party.
The statement, signed by the Secretary of the forum, Prince Obadofin Ademola, noted that the group carefully considered Fasua’s past achievements and his continued engagement with grassroots development initiatives before arriving at the decision.
Members of the forum expressed confidence in Fasua’s ability to deliver effective representation, citing his past contributions and consistent loyalty to the party.
“We carefully reviewed his history, his loyalty to the party, and his passion for service. We believe he has what it takes to represent the people of Akure South Constituency 2 effectively,” the statement read.
The forum further emphasized that the time has come for new leadership that can bring meaningful change to the constituency, noting that Fasua possesses the vision and capacity required to address pressing local challenges.
“It is Lade’s turn to turn things around in Akure,” the statement added, urging constituents to rally behind his candidacy in the upcoming election.
The Ondo Solidarity Forum also called on other stakeholders and party members to unite in support of Fasua, stressing that collective effort would be key to achieving electoral success and sustainable development in the constituency.
