Hon. Tomisin Edu Falade has pledged to transform the Akure Federal Constituency if elected as a member of the House of Representatives in the next general election.

Speaking during a meeting with supporters and community stakeholders in Akure, Falade said her aspiration is driven by a strong desire to deliver people-centered representation and sustainable development to the constituency.
She emphasized that her legislative priorities would focus on women, youths, and vulnerable members of society, noting that these groups remain critical to the social and economic growth of the constituency.
According to her, empowering women and young people through inclusive policies, access to opportunities, and targeted empowerment programs would be central to her agenda if elected.
Falade also assured constituents of her commitment to effective lawmaking, stating that she would sponsor and support bills aimed at positively impacting the lives of the people. She said such bills would address key issues including job creation, social welfare, education, and improved access to basic services.
“I am committed to being a voice for the people of Akure Federal Constituency at the National Assembly. My goal is to ensure that our needs are heard and translated into meaningful policies and laws that improve everyday living,” she said.
She called on residents of the constituency to support her vision, stressing that collective effort and trust are essential to achieving lasting development.
The next general election is expected to be keenly contested, with candidates presenting their plans to win the confidence of voters across the constituency.
